She lives in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside with her husband Richard, and young son Oscar Anthony, their beloved spaniel 'Pip' and a very naughty rabbit called 'Baffers'.

Shelley is a fully qualified teacher who has worked in Education for over a decade and a half; She has an Art & Design qualification and is a lifelong Art scholar, finding inspiration in the natural world.

After the (long-awaited) birth of her son Shelly made a conscious decision to slow down and spend more time doing the things that I love, which just so happen to be creating art inspired by wildlife and nature.

As a big believer that each individual has the power to make subtle changes that can have a considerable impact on the Environment and sustaining our planet. It has never been more vital for young people to connect in meaningful ways with the world around them and I am proud to be part of the Nature Makers family making this happen...if you and your child share in our passion for all things art and nature then please come and join us
